I make games.

Mostly Atari 2600 games, because apparently making games for a console from 1977 seemed like a perfectly reasonable use of my free time.

Games By Rich is where I put those games, along with experiments, unfinished ideas, weird little projects, and whatever else I happen to make along the way. Some things might be polished. Some things might be strange. Some things might exist simply because I wondered, “Can I make this work?”

There’s no grand plan here. I like old games, simple hardware, learning how things work, and making stuff for the fun of making stuff.

So that’s pretty much what you’ll find here.

Atari games. Weird little things. Probably some bad ideas.
